Yes. Our outdoor artificial plants use advanced UV-resistant PE materials that are tested under direct sunlight. We offer a 3-year guarantee against fading and cracking for all outdoor-rated products.

SGS test reports for UV resistance are available on request. Indoor products do not require UV treatment, which makes them more cost-effective.

Absolutely — and we strongly recommend it. Photos can't fully capture texture, color accuracy, and quality. Here's how it works:

• Sample cost: Charged at regular unit price + shipping
• Sample cost is fully refundable against your bulk order
• Production samples (exact match to your order spec) available after order confirmation

Our standard payment terms:

• 30% deposit to confirm order and start production
• 70% balance before shipment (after QC approval)
• We accept T/T bank transfer and L/C (Letter of Credit)

We offer three shipping terms to fit your needs:

• FOB Shenzhen — Best if you have your own freight forwarder
• CIF — We arrange shipping and insurance to your destination port
• DDP — Door-to-door delivery (available for select countries)

Dongguan is 1 hour from Shenzhen Bao'an Airport and 1.5 hours from Hong Kong. Contact us to schedule — we'll arrange pickup.

Yes. We provide full OEM and ODM services:
